The first purpose of Pilates is to balance your muscles so that you can maintain the ideal posture you should have. If your muscles are well balanced, you will not suffer from discomfort or distortion of your body line due to poor posture. Those who have mastered the basics of Pilates can try a wide range of exercises that are effective for adjusting the muscles of the whole body and body shaping. Exercises on mats and exercises on machines each have their own areas of expertise. Exercises are combined according to your physical concerns, athletic ability, and muscle strength, and adjusted to the appropriate level, so you can learn systematically and maximize the effect. Recommended for those who are new to Pilates and want to acquire correct knowledge from the basics, and those who have experience with Pilates and are looking for higher quality lessons. ・Posture improvement effect: Improves lower back pain/improves stiff shoulders/improves joint pain in knees, hips, shoulders, etc./improves slouching and curling Body shaping effect: Bust up/hip up/lower abdomen/waist shape/small face/tightens the lower body/improves swelling If you continue, we will guide you to the following plan.
